Who we are and what this covers

FVST is a New York business providing web development, software engineering, and AI engineering services. This notice explains how we handle information through fvst.io, including our project estimator, inquiry forms, and portfolio gallery. Contact privacy@fvst.io about this notice or your information.

Client applications and websites shown in our portfolio are separate services. Their operators’ privacy notices apply when you visit or interact with them. Project-specific data processing arrangements may also be governed by a separate agreement.

Information we collect

When you prepare or submit a project inquiry, you may provide your name, company, email address, project description, selected service and features, timing priority, and optional discovery-call preferences and time zone. We generate an estimate and may store a PDF copy with the submitted brief, a reference identifier, timestamps, and email delivery identifiers.

Our hosting and security providers process technical request information, which can include IP addresses, browser information, and request logs. Our application uses a time-bucketed hash derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions and automated abuse.

We record basic estimator events, such as a builder session starting or an inquiry being received, with an event identifier, service category, and date. These event records do not contain your brief, contact details, or raw IP address. They are not a promise that all hosting or delivery logs are anonymous.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information in a project brief.

How we use information

We use information to prepare estimates, receive and respond to inquiries, arrange requested conversations, send your brief and estimate, and administer prospective or existing client relationships. We also use technical information to operate the site, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and understand whether the estimator is useful.

Submitting an inquiry requests a response about your project. The inquiry flow does not enroll you in a marketing newsletter.

Browser storage and third-party content

The site uses browser session storage to remember project selections, draft text, contact fields, navigation position, and preview preferences. This helps you move between pages without restarting. Session storage is generally scoped to the browser tab; browser restore features may preserve it. Closing the tab or clearing site data can remove it. On a shared device, clear site data after entering personal details.

Gallery previews can load content directly from client websites and third-party media hosts. Those services receive technical information when their content loads and may use their own cookies, storage, or analytics, subject to browser restrictions and their own policies. Opening an external website also places you under its policies. FVST does not control those services.

The reviewed FVST application uses session storage and first-party conversion events rather than an advertising pixel. Third-party previews and infrastructure may behave differently. Browser privacy settings can limit third-party cookies or storage, and may affect preview functionality.

Service providers and disclosures

We use Vercel for the public website, Cloudflare-backed infrastructure for inquiry storage and processing, Resend for transactional email delivery, and Google Workspace for business email. Submitted information and generated estimates may be processed by the providers necessary to operate these functions.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights and security, or carry out a business transfer subject to applicable protections. This website’s inquiry flow does not sell your submitted brief or contact details to advertisers.

Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Applicable safeguards and rights depend on the processing and the laws that apply to you.

Retention and security

Submitted briefs, estimate PDFs, correspondence, and delivery records are retained to handle inquiries, maintain business records, and address operational or legal needs. The current inquiry system does not apply an automatic deletion deadline to those records. You can request deletion at privacy@fvst.io; some information may need to be retained for an existing engagement, legal obligations, disputes, or security.

Rate-limit records have short expiry windows and are cleaned up during subsequent request processing. Clearing browser storage does not delete information already submitted to FVST or stored by email providers.

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to our systems, but no website, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit an inquiry, limit the information you include, or contact us by email instead. To ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy right available under applicable law, email privacy@fvst.io. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request. Please do not send sensitive identification documents unless we specifically arrange a suitable method.

Rights and exceptions depend on your location and applicable law. If a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the relevant reason. You may also have the right to contact a privacy regulator in your jurisdiction.

Children

This site is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact privacy@fvst.io so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Updates and contact

We may update this notice when our site, practices, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Questions and privacy requests: privacy@fvst.io.
