About these terms

These Terms of Use cover fvst.io, operated by FVST, New York. They explain the conditions for using our public website, portfolio, media kit, and project estimator. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@fvst.io.

By using the site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the site. A separately agreed proposal or services agreement governs purchased services and takes priority over conflicting website information.

Estimates and project inquiries

The project builder and downloadable PDFs provide preliminary planning estimates in USD based on selected options. They are not binding quotes, offers to perform work, or guarantees of final cost or delivery time. Final scope, fees, payment schedules, taxes, third-party charges, support, and ownership terms must be agreed separately.

Submitting a brief does not form a services contract, reserve availability, or require you to buy anything. A preferred discovery-call time is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Email delivery and automated confirmations may be delayed or unavailable.

Information you submit

Provide accurate contact details and only content you have authority to share. You authorize FVST and its service providers to process your submission as needed to respond, prepare estimates, and discuss your project, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal records, unlawful content, or confidential materials that require a signed nondisclosure agreement before disclosure. Submitting a brief does not itself create an NDA. You retain your rights in your materials; submission does not transfer ownership to FVST.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to compromise the site, bypass access controls or rate limits, interfere with other visitors, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or submit spam or unlawful material. Do not misuse client previews to interact with a third-party service without authorization.

We may restrict abusive access or suspend site functions to maintain security, comply with law, or perform maintenance.

Site content, logos, and media kit

FVST’s branding, site design, text, and original assets are owned by FVST or used with permission, subject to applicable third-party rights. Client names, logos, websites, and other portfolio materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

The brand and media kit may be used to identify FVST accurately in editorial coverage, project credits, and partner references, following the published usage guidelines. It does not permit misleading endorsement claims, trademark registration, resale of the assets, or use that misrepresents FVST. Other use requires permission.

Ownership and licensing of deliverables for a paid project are established in that project’s written agreement, not by these website terms.

Portfolio, external sites, and results

Portfolio descriptions explain work performed and may include client-reported outcomes. Examples are not promises that another project will achieve the same results. Search rankings, traffic, conversions, AI visibility, and business outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.

Embedded previews and external links are provided for reference. Third-party sites can change, become unavailable, restrict embedding, or operate under different terms and privacy policies. FVST does not control their current content or transactions.

Availability and limitations

The public website and its information are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, FVST makes no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. We may correct errors and change or discontinue public site functions.

To the extent permitted by law, FVST is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this public website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or replaces the obligations in a signed services agreement.

Applicable law

These website terms are governed by New York law, subject to mandatory protections that may apply in your jurisdiction. Contact info@fvst.io first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

Changes and contact
